Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase. The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, contact us at supportolend@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions and a return address.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for refunds: customized or personalized products, items showing signs of wear or damage beyond normal use, and products purchased during final sale events. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately at supportolend@gmail.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
